The Monty Brandt Photograph Collection consists of black-and-white photographic prints of the White Cross Drug Store on Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1924 and 1955. Images include views of Fremont Street, as well as interior and exterior views of the White Cross Drug Store.

The Sidney R. Whitmore Photograph Album contains photographs dating from approximately 1920 that document the Colorado River and mining in El Dorado Canyon, Nevada.

The John Nichols Photograph Collection (approximately 1930-1950) is comprised of black-and-white photographic prints depicting the western region of the United States including Southern Nevada, the Hoover Dam (then known as Boulder Dam), Lake Mead, and various desert landscapes. Photographs were collected by former Las Vegas and Boulder City, Nevada resident, John Nichols, who is a longtime art collector and gallery owner based in California. The collection includes some photographs taken by American photographer Glenn Davis who was known for photographing the Las Vegas Valley and the construction of the Hoover Dam.

The Bob Parker Photograph Collection consists of twenty-seven black-and-white photographic prints showcasing the construction of the Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) from approximately 1930 to 1942.

The L. F. Manis Photographs contain photographic prints, photographic slides, and photographic negatives depicting Southern Nevada from approximately 1900 to 1969, with a bulk of the materials dating from 1930 to 1940. The photographs primarily depict the construction, dedication, and various parts of the Hoover (Boulder) Dam, including the dam's upstream and downstream faces, intake towers, spillways, bridges, crest, outlet works, visitors' accommodations, and powerhouse. The photographs also depict Lake Mead, the reservoir created by the Hoover Dam, and the Colorado River, which is dammed by the Hoover Dam. The photographs also include views of desert landscapes in the Southwestern United States, including in Nevada, Arizona, and Southern California. Also depicted in the photographs are the cities of Las Vegas, Nevada and Boulder City, Nevada, including prominent buildings like hotels, casinos, government buildings, and train depots.

The Stuart A. McCarthy Photograph Collection (approximately 1940-1949) consists of photographic prints and negatives of the Photo Mart storefront on Fremont Street as well as a view of the Golden Nugget, Eldorado Club, Hotel Apache, Boulder Club, and the Pioneer Club on Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Virginia Lelake Photograph Collection (approximately 1952-1979) is comprised of thirty-eight black-and-white photographic prints depicting floats and performers at the Helldorado Parade in Las Vegas, Nevada.
