Oral history interview with Stephen Schneider conducted by Stefani Evans on October 10, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Schneider discusses his early life and English education. He recalls arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967, being an English teacher at Bishop Gorman High School, and his early interest in real estate. Oral history interview with Jackie Abell conducted by Robert Stuart on April 03, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Jackie Abell (b. 1924) discusses her experiences growing up in Virginia City, Reno, and Overton, Nevada. She specifically discusses her experiences growing up on a ranch, railroading, above ground atomic testing, flooding, and wild animals.

Oral history interview with Harry Block conducted by Mark McLane on February 24, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Block discusses recreational activities, his experience during World War II, early businesses and casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Helldorado Parade, Block 16, atomic testing, changes in technology, and visiting Mount Charleston.

Oral history interview with Helen Smith conducted by Claytee D. White on February 20, 2007 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Smith discusses her personal history and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1956. She then talks about her employment at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital and the change to University Medical Center (UMC). Smith recalls an air conditioning business she co-owned with her husband at the time, and the activities she did as a member of Daughters of the Nile, a women's community service organization. Lastly, she discusses education and the general changes in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Neil H. Holmes conducted by James Greene on January 14, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Holmes discusses the Boulder City, Nevada education system, family life, employment opportunities, housing, and the building of Boulder (Hoover) Dam.

Oral history interview with Dennis Ritz conducted by Claytee D. White on September 29, 2017 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Ritz discusses his early life in rural Pennsylvania. He recalls his initial interest in entertainment, moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1965, and becoming an entertainment director for hotels and casinos. Ritz talks about the influence of organized crime in Las Vegas, and the various shows he worked on.

Oral history interview with David Pearl conducted by Ricardo A. Martinez on March 04, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Pearl discusses his personal experiences in Las Vegas, Nevada and what attracted him to the city. Pearl also shares stories on the Rebel Club, a fundraising effort at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
