Oral history interview with Nellie Feour conducted by Bill Rogers on March 25, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Feour discusses first moving to Las Vegas, Nevada and how people coped with the extreme heat in the 1940s. Feour continues the interview discussing the growth of Las Vegas, Nevada and the building of Henderson, Nevada and the industries that came with the city.

Oral history interview with Sandra Peña conducted by Lada Mead and Stefani Evans on March 27, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Peña recalls the family move to Porterville, California, and her work with Parson’s Dillingham, a contractor for the Metrolink rail system. She then discusses the link between the Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada construction communities. Peña also discusses her ability to gain employment in Las Vegas at Parson’s and her move to Richardson Construction.

Oral history interview with Isabelle Rice conducted by Angela Tampol in November 2021 for the Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Rice discusses her childhood in moving around the United States as a child in a military family until settling down in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2018. She reflects on the concept of a "model minority" and shares her experiences with racism and stereotypes that surround that idea. Rice also reflects on her memories of Taiwan, her grandparents, and her family.

In the interview, Lindell discusses arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada from California in 1951 for new employment opportunities. Jazz musician Gus Mancuso (Ronald Bernard Mancuso) discusses his career playing trombone and double bass in various musical groups and serving in the Army band as a piano player. He also talks about moving to Las Vegas in 1955, playing in bands at various casinos, touring Europe with Sarah Vaughan and teaching in the music department at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

In this interview Simeon Holloway describes moving to Las Vegas, Nevada after pursing an acting career in Los Angeles, California. He also talks about his friendship with composer and fellow Kappa Alpha Psi brother, Jester Hairston. He also discusses being active in the church and being a successful investor in the real estate market.
