Materials include photographs of animals, ranch work, buildings, cattle, wells, crops, Cathedral Canyon, the airstrip, homesteading grounds, cabins, mushroom clouds from the Nevada Test Site, the First Pahrump Harvest Festival, ranchers, the Pahrump School, the Pahrump Trading Post, irrigation systems, Noonday Mill, and the Pahrump Store. Materials also contain photographs of several ranches in the Pahrump Valley, including the Pahrump Ranch, Hidden Hills (Yount) Ranch, Resting Spring Ranch, Wiley Ranch, and Hafen Ranch.

The C. A. Earle Rinker Photograph Collection of Goldfield, Nevada (approximately 1900-1915) contains individual black-and-white photographic prints, photographic albums, black-and-white and tinted postcards, and photographic negatives that document the history of early twentieth century Goldfield, Nevada. The images include photographic prints of Goldfield and surrounding areas during its peak years of 1906-1910; postcards showing scenes of Goldfield, Tonopah, and other areas in central Nevada; and negatives that contain images of Rinker's family and homelife in Indiana and Illinois.

The UNLV University Libraries Collection on Goldfield, Nevada Collection dates from 1906 to 2009, with the bulk dating from 1906 to 1917 and documents the mining, business, and civic history of Goldfield, Nevada. Items in the collection include a program from the Nelson-Gans boxing match, a letter from H. M.
