Oral history interview with Lloyd Bell conducted by Perry Kaufman on April 12-13, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. This interview begins with Bell discussing advancements in technology have affected police relations with the community, particularly in the context of the transition from “beat” policing to vehicle patrol. Bell also discusses the advantages and disadvantages between having an elected sheriff versus an appointed police chief. Bell additionally discusses specific organized crime figures and prostitution.

Oral history interview with Johnny Griffin conducted by Claytee D. White on September 13, 2010 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Griffin discusses his personal history and working at an all-white country club as a golf caddy. He recalls receiving a golf scholarship to Jackson State University, and describes starting a junior golf program at Craig Ranch Park in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Oral history interview with Derrick Fronckowiak conducted by Patricia van Betten October 26, 2010 for the History of Blue Diamond Village in Nevada Oral History Project. In this interview, Fronckowiak discusses living in Blue Diamond, Nevada and describes the house he grew up in at the village. Oral history interview with Jelaine Velasco conducted by Angela Tampol in November 2021 for the Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. Velasco describes her early life in California, and the different processes that her parents went through to become citizens after immigrating from the Philippines to the United States at different times. She explains her thoughts about what being "Asian American" means and how growing up in California gives her a unique perspective although she still experiences racism and microaggressions.
