Black and white image showing an exterior view of the Manual Training School in Las Vegas. The postcard is made out to Bob Eglington, 347 Penn. Avenue, Los Gatos, CA. It is postmarked October 5th, 1938. The message reads, "Hope you're getting along O.K. We're getting things done gradually. May not be back until Mon. so don't be worried, so much yet to do. Mother." Description
An image of the inscribed flagpole base located between the Winged Figures of the Republic sculptures at Boulder Dam. The base is engraved with a memorial inscription regarding the construction of the dam: "It is fitting that the flag of our country should fly here in honor of those men who, inspired by a vision of lonely lands made fruitful, conceived this great work and those others whose genius and labor made that vision a reality." Note: Boulder Dam was officially renamed Hoover Dam in 1947.

Description
The view of a street passing through Searchlight, Nevada. Formed in 1897, Searchlight is an old boomtown that was made popular when George Frederick Colton discovered gold at the location where the town is now built. Different shops and automobiles line the sides of the dirt road, while mountains and shrubs lie in the distance. Stores that reside on the left side of the street include The Big Store grocery and supply store, Arrowhead Garage, and a cafe. Buildings such as a garage and the Nevada Hotel stand on the opposing right side of the street. Transcribed onto the bottom of the postcard: "Searchlight, Nevada." The Frasher's Foto logo is also printed onto the bottom right corner.

Description
The view of the interior of the living room of Scotty's Castle in Death Valley. The hottest place on Earth, Death Valley is located between California and Nevada. Located within the far northern region of Death Valley in Grapevine Canyon, the Death Valley Ranch, more commonly known as Scotty's Castle, is a prime example of Spanish-Mediterranean styling during the Roaring '20s and Depression '30s. Scotty's Castle was constructed by Albert Johnson with the help of Death Valley Scotty during the Great Depression, but because the men began to build onto federal land, construction was forced to a halt. To this day, Scotty's Castle remains incomplete. Transcribed onto the bottom border of the image: "Living Room - Scotty's Castle, Death Valley."

A colored postcard showing an artist's representation of the construction site of Hoover Dam, previously known as Boulder Dam, in Black Canyon. Constructed in the 1930s, Hoover Dam crosses the Colorado River on the state line between Arizona and Nevada. Also considered to be an engineering wonder and the world's largest dam during its time of construction, Hoover Dam provides much-needed irrigation and hydroelectric power to the Southwest region of the United States. A colored postcard showing an artist's representation of The Babcock and Wilcox Pipe Plant next the construction site of Boulder Dam, a title that would later be changed to Hoover Dam. Because the penstock pipes at Hoover Dam were too large to be carried over railroads, this plant was built to fabricate the largest penstock pipes in the world.
