The personal papers (1940-2009) sub-series consists of Warren’s elementary, junior high, high, and junior college academic papers. The sub-series also consists of family correspondence and photographs, genealogy reports, employment applications, and student papers from Elizabeth von Till Warren.

The Friends of Big Springs (FOBS) records (1952-2001) sub-series contains meeting notes, brochures, financial records, grant applications, archaeological survey reports and environmental impact statements pertaining to the location of U.S. Highway 95.

The Glenn Davis' photographs of the Colorado River and Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives, as well as color photographic slides from approximately 1930 to 1940. The images primarily depict the construction phases of the Hoover Dam. Also included are images of Black Canyon and the Colorado River, in addition to images of Lake Mead.
