The original picture has handwritten inscription that says: "Cuz Bill, Esther Swartz, Gov.". The identified people on the photo are as follows: Nevada Assemblywoman Eileen Brookman (second woman from the left), her husband George Brookman standing behind her, Esther Swartz (first woman on the left) and the 25th Governor of Nevada Richard Bryan. The Great Seal of the State of Nevada can be seen in the background.
