The Marion Brooks Photograph Collection (approximately 1983-1989) contains one black-and-white photographic negative depicting Brooks with his family and associates, as well as three black-and-white photographic negatives of the Blue Diamond Mine in Clark County, Nevada. These negatives are reproductions of originals loaned to UNLV University Libraries Special Collection and Archives in 1983.

The Nevada State Protection of Marriage Initiative Collection (2000) consists of Clark County, Nevada petition signatures in favor of the initiative to exclude gay and lesbian Nevadans from marriage. The "Protection of Marriage Initiative" was also known as Question Two on the ballot. Much of this material is photocopied from the Nevada State Archives and contains pages from Clark County, including Boulder City, as well as notable Southern Nevada signatures.
Archival Collection
The Dennis McBride Personal Papers (approximately 1920-2023) contain the papers of local historian and activist Dennis McBride. Papers include correspondence between McBride and many prominent members of the Las Vegas, Nevada LGBTQ community; financial and employment records from McBride's time at University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the Nevada State Museum; publications, press, and research surrounding McBride's numerous written works, unpublished and published; and family history, correspondence, and other personal documents. The collection also contains McBride's detailed personal date books and diaries that span multiple decades. Some audiovisual material and correspondence exist as digital files.

The Hal Erickson Correspondence (1967-1993) documents Erickson's role in higher education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The collection includes letters addressed to Hal Erickson from various Nevada politicians and educators relating to the possible acquisition of materials for the UNLV Special Collections and Archives, service on various boards, and congratulations on his impending retirement. The collection also includes materials that document Erickson's involvement with the national and Clark County Democratic conventions.
