Oral history interview with Thomas Nartker conducted by Dr. David Emerson on November 13, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Nartker discusses his careers as a professor of mathematics, a computer scientist for Shell Oil, and a director of the computer center at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He also discusses starting the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Information Science Research Institute with Dr. Taghva and doing research on optical character recognition for the Department of Energy.

Oral history interview with Dolly Kelepecz conducted by Claytee D. White on April 29, 2010 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Kelepecz discusses her career as a ballet dancer, a performer in a circus, and a showgirl and dancer in Las Vegas, Nevada, especially in the Lido at the Stardust Hotel and Casino. She also discusses her time as a model, a pilates instructor, and running the Opus Dance ensemble. Kelepecz then discusses teaching a class at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

In this interview Thomas Holder describes coming to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1971, changes in the university, and changes in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. He also talks about supporting First Friday, an arts event in Downtown Las Vegas, his time as the UNLV Art department chair, and working to get the art department accredited with the National Association of Schools of Art and Design.

In this interview, Gallagher discusses his career in higher education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as an educator and an administrator. Gallagher also describes his membership in the Las Vegas, Nevada chapter of the Rotary Club and that organization's relationship with UNLV. He concludes the interview by drawing distinctions between Las Vegas and cities of the Pacific Northwest.

In this interview, Hoban discusses her early life in Scotland, South Dakota. She remembers the 1918 Influenza pandemic, her early interest in music, and becoming the band leader for the all-women orchestra, The Sophisticates. Hoban talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1942, competing and winning in golf tournaments, and changes in Las Vegas golf courses.
