Schroeder then describes changes in Las Vegas, gambling, and the development of the Las Vegas Strip. Lastly, he discusses the history of some of the hotels and casinos on Fremont Street.

He recalls going to the Nevada State Supreme Court and discusses similar cases involving sodomy laws in the United States.
