Oral history interview with John G. Tryon conducted by Dr. David Emerson on February 21, 2006 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. Tryon discusses teaching electrical engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1974. Oral history interview with Juanita Rice conducted by Bob Hulbert on March 17, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Rice recounts her personal history in Las Vegas, Nevada after moving there in 1942 with her ex-husband, who worked at the Basic Magnesium Plant in Henderson. Rice also discusses the construction of the I-15 interstate.

Oral history interview with Carmon Meswarb conducted by Judy Hammer on April 15, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Meswarb discusses working various odd jobs while playing trombone in a casino relief band. Meswarb describes the nightlife atmosphere, the history of entertainment in Las Vegas, Nevada, and playing for various celebrities. Most notably, Meswarb discusses playing for Elvis Presley.

Oral history interview with Mert Wilber conducted by Gabriel Filippone on March 05, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Wilber discusses his arrival to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1942 to work for the Basic Magnesium Plant in Henderson, Nevada. Wilber describes how and where the magnesium was mined. Wilber lastly discusses the low crime rate at the time, and the sudden growth in population starting in the 1950s.

Oral history interview with Carol Azevedo conducted by James E. Cuchine on March 04, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Azevedo discusses topics such as colleges, her political feelings, Downtown and West Las Vegas, Nevada, hospitals, and the Las Vegas Strip from 1951 and its growth.

Oral history interview with Norman A. Craft conducted by Claytee D. White on August 06, 2015 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Craft discusses Henderson, Nevada in the 1940s, Victory Village, and Townsite housing and schooling. He then describes teaching at Rancho High School in Las Vegas, Nevada and recalls the application of the Title IX ruling on education. Lastly, Craft discusses race relations at Rancho High School, school riots, and the passing of the Civil Rights Act.
