In this interview Alice Key discusses being a chorus line dancer at the Cotton Club in Culver City, California and then moving to Las Vegas, Nevada after her dancing career ended. She then talks about working as a reporter, her involvement with the civil rights movement in Las Vegas, and creating the first all-black television show in the country: Talk of the Town.

Casey then discusses the leisure activities that he would engage in including the Hualapai Club, as well as discussing the Southern Nevada Water Authority.

Oral history interview with Dr. Sandra Carmody conducted by Alyson Jones and Dottie Kulesza on August 3, 2001 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Carmody discusses her personal philosophy of education and how it transformed over the span of her career in education from the late 1960s to 2000. Though the bulk of her career was with the Clark County School District, she discusses general duties and responsibilities of school principals, challenges that administrators face, and her suggestions for successful principalship. She also discusses her family background, growing up in New York before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada to receive teaching certification from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). She then discusses the process by which she began working with the Clark County School District following her certification from UNLV, and how she went from being a teacher to assuming the role of principal.

Oral history interview with Carolyn Hutcheson conducted by Barbara Tabach on May 2, 2022 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Hutcheson, a native of Houston, Texas, discusses relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband Floyd in 1989. At the time, she worked for Quality Mechanical and later for the Perini Building Company when the Cosmopolitan was under construction. Throughout the interview, Hutcheson recalls what it was like making Las Vegas her home in the late 1980s. Digital audio available; no transcript available.
