Oral history interview with William Byrne conducted by Perry Kaufman on April 18, 1972 for the UNLV University Libraries Oral History Collection. Byrne discusses some of his experiences and responsibilities as the mayor for Henderson, Nevada, the introduction of bars in Henderson, prostitution, and gaming in southern Las Vegas, Nevada.

In this interview, Perkins discusses the business and methods of mining salt. Perkins later discusses his career as a farmer as well as the climate and environment in Nevada. Oral history interview with Ron M. Portaro conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on July 27, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Portaro speaks about Built-Rite Construction, moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1993, and meeting notable Las Vegas men such as Pastor Paul Goulet Arnie Adamsen, and Charlie Kajkowski. Potaro also discusses how these experiences enabled him to benefit his church, his family, and his adopted community.

Oral history interview with Leslie W. Edwards conducted by John Porter on March 19, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview Edwards provides an overview of rural Panaca, Nevada history starting in the early 1900s. Edwards describes how life operated for rural Nevadans and also describes his family's experiences on their farm.

Oral history interview with Stephen Schneider conducted by Stefani Evans on October 10, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Schneider discusses his early life and English education. He recalls arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967, being an English teacher at Bishop Gorman High School, and his early interest in real estate. Schneider talks about obtaining his real estate license and forming Berkshire Hathaway Americana Group Realtors. Lastly, Schneider discusses Special Improvement Districts.

Oral history interview with Fairlaine Trousdale conducted by Lorna Blount Holmberg on February 2, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Trousdale discusses education in Southern Nevada, the Culinary Union, and changes in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Oral history interview with Lester Adams (b. 1918) conducted by Caroline Fitzpatrick on March 14, 1977 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. A native Nevadan, Adams discusses his personal family history, World War II, and the Adams Feed Company of which he is the owner. Adam also discusses the early above ground atomic tests and the local economy.
