The Sagebrush Alliance series (1966-1986) is comprised of the files of the Nevada Desert Experience's predecessor, the Sagebrush Alliance. Materials include cartoons, artwork, correspondence, administrative files, publications, newsletters, photographs, press releases, and newspaper clippings.

The anti-nuclear and peace organizations and conferences series (1974-2005) is comprised of the Nevada Desert Experience's files on other related organization and their work. Materials include correspondence, informational brochures, newsletters, notes, national and international organizations, other and religious groups, and conference programs and notes.
