John Dillingham was born February 20, 1904 in Grace, Idaho. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1937 with his wife, Mabel. His career revolved around working as an engineer and a brakeman at the railroad. He also had various labor jobs on the Hoover Dam. Dillingham passed away November 21, 1983.
Steven Ligouri was born February 22, 1962 and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He’s an artist whose creations can be enjoyed at such places as the Hoover Dam, where his famous High Scaler sculptor sits comfortably. Ligouri began mastering his trade making jewelry with assistance of his father, Bruno Ligouri, who owned a turquoise shop in Boulder City, Nevada.
