In the second interview, Green discusses the growth of the Jewish community in Las Vegas, and the history of the Jewish heritage in Southern Nevada.

He also talks about the restaurant he owned, Piero's restaurant on Convention Center Drive; also the setting for scenes in the movie “Casino” (1995).

He also talks about his daughter, former United States Congresswoman Shelley Berkley.

Goussak first discusses his family history and how they ended up in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1960. He also talks about desegregation efforts in the Clark County School District and the role B’nai B’rith Youth Organization had on his childhood. Goussak then discusses his education, working at the Dunes Hotel, the Boulder Highway project, and his various occupations.

Oral history interview with Jerome Countess conducted by Dorothy Eisenberg on October 28, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Countess discusses coming to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1976 to take a job with what became the Jewish Federation. He then talks about starting the local Jewish Reporter, a newspaper, and creating a community among fellow Jews in Las Vegas.

Sax discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1968 to open the Arby franchise system with two stores, growing to sixteen stores. Sax also talks about how he became connected with the Jewish community, becoming the president of Congregation Ner Tamid during 2007-2009, and being board member of the Anti-Defamation League.
