The Administration Series contains overarching information about high level decision making at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. This series contains information about financial decisions as well as reports to high level officials. Also included in the collection is correspondence between university presidents and other officials.

The administrative materials series for the League of Women Voters of Las Vegas Valley, Nevada contains annual reports, bylaws, membership lists, and treasurer reports from 1957 to 1993. These reports trace the administrative development of the League.

The administrative records series (1985-2010) contain the administrative and organizational files of the Las Vegas Contemporary Arts Center (CAC). Materials include the articles of incorporation, meeting minutes, board of directors' files, bylaws, strategic plans, membership lists, grant proposals, financial statements, correspondence, photographic slides, event fliers, artist information, show information, and awards. The series also includes contracts, financial records, and curatorial information about exhibits held by the CAC.
