The Yell Negatives (approximately 1971-1974) contain photographic negatives from various events held at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) that were used for the student newspaper, The Yell (which is now known as The Scarlet & Gray Free Press). Events documented include UNLV football games and political events hosted at UNLV's campus featuring candidates including as Jim Bilbray, David Towell, and Sargent Shriver.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life Records (approximately 2000-2022) primarily contains memorabilia, photographs, and records documenting activities of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

The UNLV Public Lands Institute Records (approximately 1946-2017) primarily contain records from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas's Public Land Institute's (PLI) which is focused on providing knowledge and research expertise in the areas of environmental education and interpretation related to public lands management. The materials include records from the PLI's inaugural founder, Dr. Margaret N. "Peg" Rees, then the Associate Vice President for Research and Outreach at UNLV. Materials document the founding and work of the PLI and also include papers from Rex Bell, Jr. associated with the Walking Box Ranch which is co-owned by UNLV and the Bureau of Land Management. The collection also includes videos of Rex Bell, Jr. discussing donation of Walking Box Ranch materials to the PLI.

The UNLV Athletics Programs and Memorabilia Collection (1974-2002) is comprised of University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) athletics publications, team yearbooks, and game day programs for UNLV football and men's basketball teams. The majority of the collection documents the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team during the 1980s and 1990s. Other materials include Big West Conference programs and UNLV athletics memorabilia such as a pom-pom, football foundation member stadium seat cushion, plastic megaphone, and mug.

The UNLV December 6, 2023 Memorial Collection (2023-2024) contains material documenting the response to the deadly shooting on UNLV's Maryland Parkway campus on December 6, 2023. The collection contains items left at spontaneous memorials, such as handwritten notecards, small religious tokens, bracelets, teddy bears, and artificial flowers. Also included in the collection are videos of the UNLV vigil service held on December 13, 2023, archived UNLV websites, and condolence items sent to campus administration. Additionally, two members of the UNLV community donated their personal photographs and journal entries relating to the day of the shooting.

The UNLV Student Organizations Web Archive (2020-2024) is comprised of archived websites captured from 2020 to 2024 that represent student activities at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Websites include digital platforms and social media account for the student-run newspaper, the UNLV Scarlet & Gray (previously known as The Scarlet & Gray Free Press). Other websites include the Student Involvement & Activities unit that oversees student programming and student groups at UNLV and the Consolidated Students of the University of Nevada (CSUN), which represents the governing body of the undergraduate student population at UNLV.

The UNLV Remembers: an Oral History of the 6 December 2023 Shooting interviews (2024-) contain all oral history interviews conducted by UNLV University Libraries Oral History Research Center. This project aims to enhance the historical record about the events of December 6, 2023 shooting with first-hand accounts of the tragedy, campus and community response, and recovery efforts. Interviews are with students, staff, faculty, and others. Digital audio available for all interviews; check collection inventory for individual narrators and more detailed information on specific interviews.
