The trucks backed and dumped their ore in the ore bin at the end of the ramp. Jim Boni reports many trips up the ramp and many loads of ore dumped into the ore bin.
New Consolidated Mill atop the hill in Goldfield, Nevada. Goldfield mining boomed after 1897 and the town's mining and overall size increased for some time afterwards.
Carts filled with ore are being pulled out of a mine shaft in Delamar, Nevada. Written on the bittom of the frame is, "Al. Smith. De Lamar, Nev." Al. Smith was most likely the photographer.
