Ten men commemorate the opening of the highway that leads up to the Reno Ski Bowl at Mount Rose in Reno, Nevada. None of the men were identified. The car behind the men has a banner that reads "Official opening of the new Super Scenic Highway to the Sky to the Reno Ski Bowl;" The license plate [WA] stands for Washoe County, NV.
