Dale directed airplanes lost over Pahrump. His "rig" worked stations all over the world. He is [sic] shown a mother how to talk to her son in the South Pacific. This was likely taken in celebration with Maude Frazier after she was appointed Lt. Governor by Governor Grant Sawyer after Rex Bell's passing in office.
