The UNLV UndocuNetwork Student Group Records (2017) are comprised of postcards and fliers advertising events and workshops hosted by UNLV UndocuNetwork at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. The records also include news stories and feature photography from the campus newspaper, UNLV Scarlet & Gray Free Press, about the student organization and their activities at UNLV.

The Young Audiences New York, Nevada Humanities Collection dates from 1960 to 1982 and chronicles the chapter’s efforts to bring music education to students from kindergarden through high school of the Clark County School District in Nevada. The collection contains accounting records, performance reviews, grant applications, correspondence, and employee information. The collection also contains performance announcements, newspaper clippings, and students’ thank-you letters.

Oral history interview with Helen Joy Stadler conducted by Claytee D. White on August 21, 2012 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Stadler begins the interview by talking about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1942 with her boyfriend who purchased a beverage distribution company on the Strip. Stadler recalls their apartment on 7th Street and Fremont and working at nearby hotels. She discussed the nightlife, shows, and performers at the El Rancho Hotel and Casino and the Frontier Hotel. She also details the fashion in Las Vegas, Nevada during the 1950s and 1960s, as well as Helldorado Parades. Stadler also describes organized crime members and their relationships to the Strip, and her perceptions of the individuals.

America discusses her family history and life in El Salvador, where her father was a union leader and organizer at the height of the country's civil war. She talks about the difficulties of leaving El Salvador with her children and reuniting with her husband in the United States, as well as what brought her family to Las Vegas. America, like her father, is also a union organizer for the Culinary Workers Union Local 226, and she shares her experiences organizing at hotels across the city including the Riviera Hotel and Casino, Sahara Hotel and Casino, Circus Circus, MGM International, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and various Station casinos.

Oral history interview with Fred Gibson conducted by David Emerson on February 13, 2008 for the UNLV @ 50 Oral History Project. In this interview Fred Gibson discusses organizing Pacific Engineering and Production Company of Nevada with his father in 1955, being a trustee director of the Nevada Development Authority, and helping with organizing an engineering school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Collection is comprised of records (approximately 1979 to 2016) created by the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA). The collection contains administrative files from past SNAWA board members including past SNAWA presidents, secretaries, and treasures. The collection also includes records such as attendee lists, registration forms, and seminar evaluation forms from continuing legal education (CLE) events organized by SNAWA for attorneys in Southern Nevada.

The Nevada Wildlife Federation Records (1989-1997) consist of pamphlets, newsletters, periodic meeting minutes, and a copy of the bylaws of the Nevada Wildlife Federation.
