The Sarah Vinci Photograph Collection (approximately 1920-1991) consists of black-and-white photographic prints and negatives. The images depict Fremont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada, highlighting the changes over the years. Other images include the artesian well at the Cragin family home and Methodist churches in Las Vegas.

The Mindy Toutounji Photograph Collection (approximately 1935-1990) consists of color and black-and-white photographic prints and negatives of hotels and casinos located in Las Vegas, Nevada and Reno, Nevada. The photographs depict interior and exterior views and employees. Photographs from the Desert Inn Country Club document golf tournaments held in the 1950s and 1960s. The properties depicted are Castaways Hotel and Casino, Desert Inn Hotel, El Rancho Vegas, Frontier Hotel, and the Silver Slipper Gambling Hall, all located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also includes photographs of Harold’s Club in Reno, Nevada.

The Barbara and John Kizziar Photograph Collection primarily contains black-and-white photographic prints and negatives of Hoover Dam (Boulder Dam) construction during John Kizziar’s time working for Six Companies Inc. between approximately 1986 and 1992. These images are reproductions of originals taken from between approximately 1930 and 1945. They detail John Kizziar’s work life during the dam’s construction, as well as events and scenes associated with the dam. Other images portray billboards and streets in Boulder City, Nevada. The Nevada Nurses Association Photograph Collection (approximately 1980-1990) is comprised of seventy-six photographic slides, and six color photographic prints that depict the Nevada Nurses Association conference held at the Sahara Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection also includes black-and-white negatives from the 1986 Legislators' brunch in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Robert M. Stevenson Postcard Collection, approximately 1943, contains black-and-white photographic prints and postcards of scenes from Death Valley, California. Images depict interior and exterior shots of Scotty's Castle at Death Valley Ranch and a portrait of Walter E. Scott, known as "Death Valley Scotty."

The Paul May Photograph Collection (1969) consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints. The images primarily depict Nevada Assemblyman Paul May alongside Nevadan senators and congressmen, including Senator Paul Laxalt. Other images are portraits of May.

The Nevada Highway Department Photograph Collection contains photographic slides of a landscaping project performed by the State of Nevada Department of Highways between 1968 and 1970. This project took place in Las Vegas, Nevada along Interstate 15 (I-15) between Tropicana Avenue and Sahara Avenue.
