The Allan N. Wilson Papers (approximately 1956-1998) contain materials about casino gambling collected by mathematician and computer programmer Allan N. Wilson. Materials primarily include newspaper clippings about casino gambling in Las Vegas, Nevada, information about Gamblers Anonymous, and information about games like blackjack and roulette. The collection also contains correspondence between Wilson and different individuals, such as Stanford Wong of Pi Yee Press, about publications on gambling strategies. Some of the ephemera in this collection includes admission tickets to various casinos in Europe that Wilson visited in 1956.

The Las Vegas, Nevada Women's Softball Collection (1951-1952) contains photographic prints and negatives depicting a southern Nevada women's softball team. The team was sponsored by Wilson's Texaco Station in Boulder City, Nevada, and the women played in regional games in both southern California and southern Nevada. Photographs in the collection show the team practicing at Peterson Field in Boulder City, and celebrating and spending time together at the Mt. Charleston Lodge. The collection also contains copies of personal accounts written by team member Orpha Alveta Bowman (McBride), who recalls the prejudice some of the lesbian members faced from local community members. The originals of these handwritten accounts are held in MS-01099.

The Las Vegas PRIDE Parade Records (2016-2017) contain administrative files that document how the Southern Nevada Association of PRIDE, Inc. (SNAPI) organized the 2016 and 2017 PRIDE parades in Las Vegas, Nevada. Materials include correspondence with event organizers, parade participant information, and PRIDE event guides.

The Kenneth Giles Professional Papers (1964-2001) contain documents and visual material related to Giles's time as an Environmental Radiation Monitor for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at the Nevada Test Site (NTS). Photographic slides, film, and digital images depict the general flora and fauna throughout the area surrounding the NTS. Visual materials also document specific mule deer and steer surveillance and testing at the EPA Farm located within the NTS. The collection also contains environmental reports written or collected by Giles, government documents, pamphlets, and newspaper clippings related to environmental monitoring and Giles's work at NTS. A small portion of the collection documents his brief role providing monitoring support at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania in 1979. The Howard Hughes Film Production Records (1912-1992) represent Howard R. Hughes, Jr.'s Hollywood film production achievements through records from companies owned or established by Hughes. The bulk of the records date between 1926 and 1960 and include production and corporate materials from sixteen films, as well as materials related to Hughes' organizations outside of film development. Materials include documents, photographic prints and negatives, blueprints, line drawings, newspaper clippings, posters, paintings, and artifacts.

The Anna and Jo Pitney Personal Papers are comprised of materials documenting the lives of Anna J. Pitney and her wife, Jo Pitney, a long-time Las Vegas lesbian couple. They were together since 1955 and traveled together often. The collectionIt includes correspondence, news clippings, photographs and photograph albums, travel notes, and a memoir of their lives written by Jo.

The Nevada-Utah Mines and Smelters Corporation Records (1889-1949) are comprised of the financial records of the company's activity regarding the Manhattan mine in Pioche, Lincoln County, Nevada. The collection contains bank records, accounts, and some correspondence, and is generally related to the company's financial activities. It also includes the company's financial vouchers, bills, receipts, and checks.
