From the Morgan Sweeney Photograph Collection (PH-00228). Taken on August 6, 1941 the Hoover (then Boulder) Spillway Discharge, Arizona. The No. 1 Drumgate opened (lowered) slightly, the Drumgates are fully raised and it had back water 115 miles, they are eleven (11) feet high above the water line but measure was 100.x16.
