Description
Inside Frazier Hall, UNLV's first building, Dorothy Dorothy points at the Frazier Hall Plaque. Dorothy is accompanied by Fritz Bell (left) and Corinne Johnson (right). Inscription with photo reads "Publicity pic for some political event. I am sure it was for the big meeting when the then-governor, Gov. Sawyer, appointed [Maude Frazier to be] Lt.
