Description

Patrons sitting at the bar in Joe Andre's restaurant in Beatty, Nevada. The restaurant was located in the building adjoining the Exchange Club (which Andre also owned). The fifth person at the bar, from left, is Joe Andre, and sixth from left, is Dorothy Andre. "Behind bar, Clell Jackson "Cackles" because of his funny laugh, behind Joe Andre with visor was Bob Rush, dealer. Tiny Bird, dealer, Flamingo exec., Jak and Petty Pruitt next to Andre's Exchange Club."
