Publicity materials, business plans, reports, proposals, and project binders from 1979 to 1990 document Mark Fine’s work as President of American Nevada Corporation (ANC) and the development of Green Valle in Henderson, Nevada. ANC records also include design standards, memos, financial information, budgets, site plans, projections, and some correspondence. The corporation itself and its subsidiaries are documented in the series, as well as specific real estate development projects of Green Valley.

Mark Fine’s other development projects and business ventures in Southern Nevada, including Summerlin, Continental National Bank, and Park Towers at Hughes Center, are documented in the series through promotional materials, memos, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, annual reports, business plans, proposals, data books, design and marketing plans and guidelines, financing prospectuses, building and site plans, and investment brochures from 1980 to 2013.

This series includes correspondence, memos, schedules, and event programs related to Mark Fine’s work with the Clark County School District School-Business Partnership Program from 1983 to 1986; by-laws, minutes, reports, and correspondence from his work on the Nevada Institute for Contemporary Art Steering Committee from 1986 to 1987; and proposals, agendas, memos, and minutes from his time as chairman of the Nevada Development Authority (NDA) Washington Congressional Committee in 1985. It also includes reports and correspondence from 1982 to 1997 related to several other committees and commissions that Mark Fine served on, most of which focused on economic development in Southern Nevada.

This series is comprised of Mark Fine's awards, event programs, correspondence, and other personal papers and ephemera from 1920 to 2014. Certificates and event programs from 2001 to 2014 document awards and honors bestowed upon Fine in recognition of his accomplishments in real estate development in Southern Nevada and his commitment to the Las Vegas community, especially the Clark County School District. The 2007 application and supporting documents for the naming of the Mark L. Fine Elementary School include a comprehensive biography of Fine, letters of support, and references. This series consists of newspaper clippings, full issues of newspapers and magazines, and a few press releases from 1981 to 2014 that document Mark Fine’s career and his development projects in Southern Nevada, especially Green Valley and Summerlin. There is also one folder of newspaper clippings from 1989 specifically about the death of Hank Greenspun.

This series consists of photographs and scrapbooks from 1980 to 1993 that document Mark Fine’s career, as well as a few photos of his family and his community activities. It also includes negatives, contact sheets, and prints from portrait photo shoots around the 1980s.

This series consists of VHS video tapes, audio cassette tapes, some CD-Rs, a floppy disk, and a DVD that document Mark Fine’s career and his campaign for mayor of Las Vegas, and to a lesser extent, his community involvement and his family. Items are dated from 1987 to 2012 although many items are not dated. Advertisements and news segments make up the majority of the series.
