This photograph was captured in the section of Eastern Avenue between Desert Inn and Flamingo Roads.

Albert Hooper, who later married Mayme, is standing near the center wearing a hat. On the far left is Albert Hicks, Hooper’s cousin, standing next to Hooper. The rest of the relatives are unidentified.
