Culinary Union workers strike outside the Frontier Hotel and Casino during the Boilermakers rally on August 15, 1991. Images include protesters along the Frontier Hotel and Casino and the Stardust Resort and Casino. Images of the Main Street Hotel and Casino are also included. Description

Frontier Strike participants march on Las Vegas Boulevard with posters, banners, and flags on April 21, 1992. Secretary-treasurer of the Culinary Workers Union, Jim Arnold, and American civil rights activist, Jesse Jackson, participate in the march. Banners read: "Conquering the Frontier, Culinary Local 226, Bartenders Local 165," "Labor & Rainbow in solidarity, The National Rainbow Coalition, Inc." and "Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC."
