The photographs depict locations in Utah, Arizona, California, and New Mexico. Some of the locations include Death Valley, California; Zion National Park, Utah; and the Grand Canyon, Arizona. The photographs also depict mines and miners, railroads, desert landscapes, and aerial views. The items described include black-and-white photographic prints, postcards, negatives, and slides; items listed are photographic prints unless otherwise specified.
