Oral history interview with Ron Saccavino conducted by David Schwartz on June 17, 2015 for the Table Games Management Oral History Project. In this interview, Saccavino recalls his career working as a casino manager in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Landmark, Lady Luck, Foxy's Firehouse, and the Paddlewheel. Ron also discusses his work at the Riviera, Hacienda, Jackpot, Royal Inn, Dunes, and O'Shea's.

Oral history interview with Suzanne Dalitz conducted by David Schwartz on December 17, 2014 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. In this interview, Suzanne Dalitz discusses growing up with her father, Morris Dalitz, and how she maintained their relationship by visiting him in Las Vegas, Nevada after her parents separated. Dalitz mentions that her father kept his family completely separate from his life in organized crime. She discusses her establishment of the Angelica Foundation as well as her involvement with the Mob Museum to curate a story of Morris Dalitz and his history with Las Vegas. Dalitz finishes the interview with a discussion of her relationship with her father and her general experience living in Las Vegas.

This interview covers the history of Las Vegas from 1939 to 1975. Mrs. Hatch also talks about ranching in Nevada, Rex Bell, development on the Strip, the first hotels, and early local shopping culture. The interview concludes with discussion surrounding tree-lined streets, the Helldorado Club, and Fremont Street.

Oral history interview with Patricia Lappin conducted by Nancy Bright on February 26, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. The interview covers Boulder City, Nevada around Hoover Dam. The two discuss the different gambling habits between Southern Nevada locals and Las Vegas tourists. During the latter half of the interview, the two speak at length about the impact of nuclear waste on Nevada. Lappin explains the unique issues that Southern Nevada faces as one of three states to accept nuclear waste.

Stephen Compan interviews entrepreneur Donald Edward Borsack on the front porch of his home in Las Vegas. Born in Bell, California in 1928, Borsack moved to Las Vegas in 1936. Occupations Borsack has had include insurance adjuster, clothing salesman, proprietor and owner of four El Portal Luggage stores. During this interview Borsack discusses the growth of Nevada, and sports and recreation in the early days, including Nevada’s first professional baseball team.
