The Lincoln County Museum Photograph Collection contains photographs of towns, railroads, and mining operations in Lincoln County, Nevada from 1870 to 1953. The photographs primarily depict mines and railroads in Pioche, Caliente, Bullionville, and Panaca from 1900 to 1908 during part of Nevada’s mining boom. The photographs also depict Paiute workers, horse freight teams, geographical landmarks, and students in Lincoln County.

The Katherine Hoenig Arai Photograph Collection dates from 1941 to 1942, and contains black-and-white photographic prints of the owner and founder of the El Rancho Vegas, Thomas E. Hull and his wife Jerry. Images depict the Hulls posing inside and out in front of the hotel shortly after its opening, as well as a and also a portrait of Hull.

The Fedora Bontempi Simpkin Photograph Collection (1970-1983) consists of black-and-white and color photographic prints depicting Clark County, Nevada Mother's Day Celebrations and mother of the year award ceremonies. Pictured honorees include Grace Hayes, Frances Liberace, and Joyce Straus. Other images include Fedora Bontempi Simpkin with Nevada Senator Howard W. Cannon and Nevada Governor Richard Bryan.

The Karen Allison Collection on Contract Bridge (1937-1997) contains instructional guides, pamphlets, and booklets explaining the rules and strategies for contract bridge, a card game. Included are correspondence and meeting minutes with contract bridge organizations with which Allison was associated. Also included are lists of players who participated in the Monte Carlo 5th World Bridge Olympiad in Monte Carlo, Monaco in 1976.

The John Wittwer Collection on Agriculture in Nevada (1898-1972) contains the professional papers and records of John Wittwer in his capacity as an Agricultural Extension agent for the University of Nevada from 1921 to 1954. The records are primarily annual reports containing text, photographs, newspaper clippings, and charts that provide a rich chronicle of the conditions of agriculture and ranching in southern Nevada from 1898 to 1972, with the bulk of the material dating from 1929 to 1955. These conditions span water issues, such as flood control and irrigation, to the general difficulties of sustaining agriculture and viable food production in a desert environment. The reports come from the Agricultural Experiment Stations in Clark and Lincoln counties and most contain both a statistical report and a narrative summary.

The Fred and Eva Gillhouse Photograph Collection contains photographs and postcards from Nevada and California from 1855 to 1968. The photographs primarily depict buildings in Carson City and Virginia City, Nevada, and Sacramento, California. The photographs also depict Eva Olenna Blood Ruff Gillhouse at her typewriter and with Frank "Pistol Pete" Eaton, the subject of her biography Pistol Pete, Veteran of the Old West.
