The Las Vegas High School Reunion Biography Collection (1983) consists of class rosters, biographies of graduates, and photocopies of original programs from the four graduating classes of 1933 to 1936. The information specific to each year is compiled into its own handmade scrapbook. The materials were created for the 50th reunion of the class of 1933, and the event also included the classes of 1934, 1935, and 1936.

The Friends of Southern Nevada Libraries Records (1974-2013) is comprised of the organizational records of the Las Vegas, Nevada based non-profit, Friends of Southern Nevada Libraries (FOSNL). The Bella Tyktin Stern papers (approximately 1930-1997) document the life and travels of Las Vegas, Nevada resident Bella Tyktin Stern. The collection focuses on the trips she took within the state of Nevada as a guide for Nevada Discovery Tours, featuring travel itineraries and travel brochures. The collection also includes biographical materials, such as personal correspondence, legal documents, postcards sent to Stern from her Aunt Rose, and an untranslated copy of Stern's unpublished autobiography written in German, Unser Kampf.

The Nevada Hotel and Motel Association Collection contains items from the hospitality and service industries from 1979 to 1992. The collection consists of trade publications, conference brochures, and industry reports focusing on the service and hospitality industries in Nevada.

The collection is comprised of various account and appointment books dating from approximately 1922 to 1972 kept by Las Vegas, Nevadan dentist, Dr. Jay Dayton "J. D." Smith, who operated a dental practice near 1st and Fremont streets. Also included in this collection are sympathy cards to Dr. Smith's family upon his passing, copies of his obituary from the Las Vegas Sun, copies of the Las Vegas Age with a front page article on Dr. Smith's appointment as U.S. Marshal, and a copy of the book K.O. Knudson: His Life by James Monroe Harvey.

The Archaeo-Nevada Society Records (1930-2016) consist of archaeological and conservation articles, correspondence, brochures, newsletters, programs, maps, and information about the flora and fauna of Nevada. Materials also include scrapbooks and photograph albums detailing the activities of the society between 1966 and 1999.
