Description
A view of the entertainment floor in the private residence "CAVU," at 7 Sable Court in The Ridges development near West Flamingo and West Desert Inn Roads. Built by longtime local architects John Klai and Jon Sparer, the home was designed with the help of local architect Eric Strain and currently have it on the market for $12.5 million. The residence is 13,255 square feet and has five bedrooms, and nine bathrooms on three levels. The entertainment floor features as two lane bowling alley, a Vichy spa, a gym, a wine cellar, a theatre, and a bar/lounge area, seen here.

Description
An original townsite home is reflected in the window of Bonnie's Floral Boutique at 117 W. Atlantic Ave in downtown Henderson. Built in 1942, the buildings were designed as temporary housing for workers employed at the Basic Magnesium Inc. manufacturing facility constructed during World War II. After the city's incorporation in 1953, several of the homes were converted to businesses like Bonnie's.
