Cadence hopes to change that as a large masterplanned community north of East Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway.

Framework from a construction project on the former Stardust hotel and casino sites sits the north west of the Wynn and Encore properties. The project, which started as Boyd Gaming's Echelon Place was slated to be an Asian themed mega resort.
