In preparing the Ascaya development for sale, all mail boxes have been installed as have streets, water and power infrastructure. Carved into the McCullough Mountain range in Henderson, Nevada, Ascaya is a custom luxury home development within the City of Henderson. The project's infrastructure was built completely with materials mined on site.
