The Gladys Frazier Photographs contain thirteen black-and-white photographs that depict gaming venues in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1906 to 1939. The photographs primarily portray the Golden Nugget, Boulder Club, and Rainbow Club, but also include the Apache Casino and the Northern Club.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Public Safety and Campus Police Records (1968-1969, 2002-2006) consists of annual campus safety reports and documentation regarding community relations with local Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Nevada Southern Police (now University Police Services). It also contains documentation about the law enforcement program on campus.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Faculty, Staff, and Student Directories (1960-2009) contain published directories for UNLV students, staff, and faculty. Directories contain contact information for individuals and departments on the UNLV campus.

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas Office of the Registrar Records (1951-1999) contain enrollment lists, annual reports, and Dean's honors lists, and scholastic averages for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The collection also contains memoranda, blank registration forms, and assorted documents from the Office of the Registrar.

The materials consist of monthly newsletters dated from September 1984 to August 1985 published by the National Association of Lesbians & Gays, a non-profit corporation based in Reno, Nevada. The newsletters in this collection are titled Gay Life, beginning with the inaugural issue in September 1984. The collecton includes one issue of the newsletter after its name was changed to Stonewall Voice! in August 1985.

The Ron Saccavino Papers (1999-2005) contain a book written by Saccavino in 1999 titled Everything You Want to Know About Las Vegas Dealers, a Dealer of the Year information packet, and three copies of "The Dealers News" newsletters.

Materials include photographs, programs, newspaper and magazine clippings, and collages of Valerie Chapman Eliot's time as a Bluebell girl in the Lido de Paris in France, Argentina, and Las Vegas, Nevada from 1954 to 1970s. Also included are photographs of her time as dancer in the show "Hello America" at the Desert Inn Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada in the mid-1960s.
