Oral history interview with Mark Douglas conducted by Dennis McBride on May 16, 1999 for the Las Vegas Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) Archives Oral History Project. In this interview, Douglas discusses his family and upbringing in the Mormon Church, his realization of his sexuality, first experiences with gay clubs and associations, and the conflict between his feelings and his faith. In this interview, Warfel discusses his personal history and his experiences as a gay priest within the Episcopal Church. He recalls moving to Las Vegas, Nevada and interviewing for a ministry job at Christ Church. Warfel describes same-sex blessings and marriages in the Episcopal Church and the pressures of vestry approval that he dealt with during his career.

In this interview, Smith discusses her involvement with the magazine Lesbian Voice in Las Vegas, Nevada. She talks about the purpose behind creating Lesbian Voice, how it was managed, and merging with the magazine Las Vegas Bugle. Smith then discusses the other gay magazines and organizations that she was involved with in Las Vegas.
