From the Fedora Bontempi Simpkin Photograph Collection (PH-00239). William Boswell, Southern Nevada Chapter President of the Muscular Dystrophy Association presents bouquet of roses to Mr. Philip (Sue) Stockton, 1975 Clark County Mother of the Year.
