This series contains Ruby Duncan's general administrative files for Operation Life from 1972 to 1991. Included are public and private funding information and miscellaneous resource materials. The materials are organized into seven sub-series.

The administrative records series (1911-2016) contains financial records, legal records, business and board meeting minutes and agendas, reports, correspondence, scrapbooks from past president's of the Mesquite Club, and guest books.

General administrative files for Operation Life, including vendor files, appointment diaries, invoices, board minutes, correspondence, press releases and samples of stationary and business forms that Operation Life used under the direction of Ruby Duncan.

The Administrative Series contains records and correspondence documenting the business materials of the Flamingo Hilton between 1968 to 1983. It includes inter-office correspondence, receipts, meeting minutes, draft press releases, and drawings and plans for neon signs.

The administrative records series (1975-2013) contains board meeting minutes, budget and expense reports, newsletters, membership and volunteer records, thank you cards, correspondence, plaques, branded merchandise, and photographs. The materials relate to the overall management and outreach of FOSNL.

The Administrative Records (1976-1988) contains materials that document the management of both the Sierra Club Toiyabe Chapter as a whole and the Southern Nevada Group in particular. It includes Executive Committee and Southern Nevada Group meeting agendas and minutes, financial records, bylaws, and resolutions.

The materials that comprise the administrative files of the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas from 1954 to 2012. Materials include annual reports, meeting minutes, guides to community resources, planning studies, marketing files, awards, and donation materials. Materials also include audio cassettes of board meetings and executive committee meetings.
