He also discusses being a lawyer at the biggest law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, a district court judge, and an instructor of a hotel law class at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Marzette Lewis conducted by Claytee White on October 30, 2012 and November 14, 2012 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. Lewis first discusses the murder of her father at the hands of the Ku Klux Klan in Quitman, Mississippi, then visiting and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in the 1950s. Lewis also discusses the proponents of good neighborhood schools in lieu of bussing children all over the country.

Oral history interview with Polly F. Lilly conducted by Connie L. Patterson on March 26, 1976 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project. In this interview, Lilly discusses a range of topics, from building a Catholic church in early Las Vegas, Nevada, to the nearby nuclear weapons tests. She also describes witnessing a confrontation between Senator Joseph McCarthy and Hank Greenspun on stage at the now demolished War Memorial Building in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Celesta Adelaide Lisle is accompanied by her daughter, Celesta Lisle, for the interview to help clarify information. Celesta Adalaide Lisle discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1946 and describes her life as a housewife and motel operator. She also discusses her early life, her family, and personal travels.

Oral history interview with Zelvin D. Lowman conducted by Kevin A. Hedden on March 14, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Lowman discusses the evolution of the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts in Southern Nevada and his experiences working for Nevada Power.
