Oral history interview with Dewitt Tracht conducted by Jay Brewer on April 30, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Oral history interview with Dick Sheridan conducted by Mike McGuire on March 18, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Sheridan discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1945. Sheridan discusses the growth of the city as well as the development of multiple hotels and casinos. Sheridan also discusses gambling and the gaming industry.

Oral history interview with Charles West conducted by Perry Kaufman on April 19, 1974 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. West discusses the African American community in Las Vegas, Nevada and what the living conditions were for them. West then explains how the Nevada Voters League changed the way politics played out after more African Americans went out to vote. He also discusses his work as the first African American Doctor in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with doctor Nancy Leveque conducted by Robin Wright on July 03, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. The interview covers, among many wide-ranging topics, Leveque’s move to and away from Las Vegas, her career as a veterinarian, and the practice she and her then-husband built. Leveque also discusses how the city of Las Vegas has changed—environmentally and socially—, special interest groups and social activities, as well as natural phenomena. Throughout the course of the interview, Leveque provides anecdotes about prominent figures and old Las Vegas traditions, such as Helldorado.

Oral history interview with Albert D. Washington conducted by Wendell West on February 25, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Washington discusses changes in Las Vegas, Nevada, specifically the increase in population. Washington then recalls the voting system, gambling, local businesses, and religious influences in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Do Stiver conducted by Irene Arambula on March 17, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Stiver discusses arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1946 with her husband and recalls their involvement in numerous businesses. She then describes the Huntridge neighborhood and its development. Stiver later recalls the pollution emitted from the factories and the increase of smog in Henderson, Nevada.
