He remembers moving to Arizona to join Tutor Perini Building Corporation in 1977, the company’s first Las Vegas, Nevada project, and their company’s decision to move to Las Vegas in 1980. Rizzo talks about the company's public image, building CityCenter, and the importance of maintaining professional relationships with all members in a building project. Later, Rizzo recalls the making of the book Creating CityCenter: World-Class Architecture and the New Las Vegas, and the company’s involvement with MGM. Lastly, Rizzo discusses the future of Tutor Perini Building Corporation.

Oral history interview with Glenn Sayles conducted by John Vanden Heuvel on March 20, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Sayles discusses moving from New York state to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1950. Sayles discusses his experience working for the Las Vegas Police Department and an investigator for the Nevada Real Estate Division. Lastly, Sayles discusses the process and legal aspects of working in real estate.

Oral history interview with Arthur D. Schlauder conducted by Geneva Beasley on June 30, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Schlauder discusses moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1946. Schlauder also discusses his career with Las Vegas Machine, a machine shop and steel fabrication company. Schlauder later discusses being a member of social clubs such as the Purchasing Agents Association and the Kiwanis Club. Lastly, Schlauder discusses the change and growth of the Las Vegas Strip as well as the city overall.
