The Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project Web Archive contains archived websites that were captured between 2016 to 2018 that are related to UNLV University Libraries community documentation project, the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Archived websites of religious institutions and community organizations are primarily represented. The collection also includes archived websites of organizations such as Jewish Nevada, Jewish Family Service Agency, the Las Vegas Jewish Film Festival, and David Magazine. Archived websites for religious institutions include synagogues such as Temple Beth Sholom, Congregation Ner Tamid, Temple Bet Knesset Bamidbar, and Pnai Tikvah.

The Junior League of Las Vegas Oral History Project (2011-2019) consists of five oral history interviews conducted by Carole Terry between 2011 and 2019. Interviewees discuss their experiences living in Las Vegas and being part of the Junior League of Las Vegas. Interviews exist as physical transcripts only; no audio is available.

Carol Terry's "Germans in Las Vegas" Oral History Project (2007) contain the oral histories conducted by Terry while researching for a chapter on Germans in Las Vegas, Nevada for The Peoples of Las Vegas book. Terry interviewed over 60 individuals and the collection contains the printed transcripts and audiocassettes from each interview.

The Shoah Survivors Project Oral History Interviews (2020 October) consist of four oral history interviews conducted in October 2020 and a project video created for the Shoah Survivors Project led by Roberta Sabbath and Shahab Zargari. The project interviewed four Holocaust survivors now living in Las Vegas, Nevada: Alexander Keuchel, Sabina Wagschal Callwood, Stephen Nasser, and Henry Kronberg. The collection also contains brief notes and partial transcripts for the video oral history interviews.

The Las Vegas Fiber Arts (LVFA) Guild oral history project interviews (2020-2023) consist of interviews conducted by the LVFA Guild of their membership. The interviews cover a wide range of topics, and members discuss their individual history of weaving and the fiber arts, preferred methods, and different types of fibers. Interviewees also discuss mentors within the craft, their level of involvement with the guild, and the different events that the LVFA Guild organizes in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Building Las Vegas Web Archive is comprised of archived websites captured in 2017 that are related to UNLV University Libraries documentation project, Building Las Vegas. Archived websites represent architecture firms, construction companies, and housing developers in the Las Vegas Valley. This collection includes websites for organizations such as Mark L. Fine & Associates, Klai Juba Wald Architecture, Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, and AIA Las Vegas.
