Oral history interview with Ward Lindquist conducted by Martin A. Judd on February 28, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, Lindquist discusses his work as a bartender, maritime pilot, and sheet metal worker in Southern Nevada. Oral history interview with Jeanne Brown conducted by Claytee D. White on November 07, 2017 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Brown discusses her upbringing and growing up in a family who moved often. She talks about her initial interest in library science, and compares working as a university librarian to working as a public librarian. Brown remembers arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1978, joining the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Architecture Library, and the construction of the UNLV School of Architecture building. Lastly, Brown discusses the future of UNLV Libraries.

Oral history interview with Charles W. Hunsberger conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on July 27, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. Hunsberger offers a history of his tenure as director of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District. He discusses the politics of libraries, networking, building libraries, and the importance of recruiting top staff and promoting them.

Oliver discusses how Las Vegas has changed, casinos in Las Vegas, the Mormon Church, and the race riots at a shopping center in North Las Vegas in 1968. Oliver also discusses race relations between white and African American children in schools.

Oral history interview with Henry Shepherd conducted by Claytee D. White on October 22, 2014 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. Shepherd discusses being an African-American bartender on the Las Vegas, Nevada Strip, hired as a result of the 1971 consent decree. He also recalls memories of Jackson Street, the homes in North Las Vegas, and the hotels in downtown Las Vegas and on the Strip.

Oral history interview with Stephen Schneider conducted by Stefani Evans on October 10, 2017 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Schneider discusses his early life and English education. He recalls arriving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967, being an English teacher at Bishop Gorman High School, and his early interest in real estate. Schneider talks about obtaining his real estate license and forming Berkshire Hathaway Americana Group Realtors. Lastly, Schneider discusses Special Improvement Districts.
