Oral history interview with David Frommer conducted by Stefani Evans and Claytee D. White on September 12, 2016 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Frommer discusses his early life in New York. He talks about moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1994, his employment at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) as a campus planner, and his work in the area along Maryland Parkway sometimes referred to as "Midtown UNLV.". Frommer then recalls building planning for the newest UNLV buildings, the construction of Allegiant Stadium, and his work refining UNLV buildings. Lastly, Frommer discusses the idea of a UNLV campus hotel.

Oral history interview with Oscar Schwartz conducted by Claytee D. White on January 25, 2013 for the Boyer Early Las Vegas Oral History Project. In this interview, Schwartz discusses his personal history and life in Las Vegas, Nevada during the 1980s. Schwartz describes being a casino dealer before becoming a comedy magician and the transition of ownership of casinos from organized crime to corporations. He talks about his career in property and real estate appraisal in Las Vegas and the methods he would use to determine the value of different possessions and estates. Schwartz also discusses his opinion on the spending of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on a new stadium, the development east of Fremont Street, and casinos wanting to build Ferris wheels.

Oral history interview with Michael Maxwell conducted by Claytee D. White on February 25, 2014 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. In this interview, Maxwell discusses his personal history and his role as Director of Early Childhood Connection with the Las Vegas, Nevada Urban League. He describes the work he does with childcare, and how the Urban League receives funding. Maxwell also recalls his career as a teacher and administrator for the Clark County School District (CCSD). Later, Maxwell talks about the issue of school zoning in West Las Vegas, how people qualify for childcare subsidies, and the school-to-prison pipeline that many African American youth face. Lastly, Maxwell discusses the importance of having educated children in the African American community and the development of the Westside.
