Oral history interview with Will Provance conducted by David Schwartz on July 14, 2016 for the Slot Operations Oral History Project. Provance discusses his various roles in the gaming industry the difference between managing slot machines in his earlier positions and video lottery terminals (VLTs) in his current position in Ohio. He also discusses what he believes makes a good slot floor and how slot operations has changed since he started in the industry.

Oral history interview with Tom Warden conducted by Claytee D. White on September 29, 2015 for the Building Las Vegas Oral History Project.. In this interview, Warden discusses his early life in Allen Park, Michigan. He talks about the history of the Summerlin residential community in Clark County, Nevada, the construction of Summerlin Parkway, and the development of infrastructure in that area. Warden describes the planning that goes into creating communities, and describes what the “Summerlin lifestyle” means. Later, Warden talks about the development of Downtown Summerlin, the schools in Summerlin, and serving on the School Community Partnership Council. Lastly, Warden discusses future goals of the Howard Hughes Corporation.

Luzier also discusses his personal history and recalls experiencing the ways Las Vegas, Nevada has developed.

Oral history interview with Irving Kirshbaum conducted by Cheryl Rogers on February 23, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Kirshbaum discusses the Riviera Hotel where he began working in 1955. He also talks about the landscape of the Las Vegas Strip in the 1950s, and the state of gambling, comps, customer service, and dealer training. Kirshabum discusses the treatment of minorities at the Riviera and in Las Vegas, Nevada generally.

The Company Mobility Histories Papers (1972-1977) includes surveys completed by students for Nevada History 117, a course taught by Professor Ralph Roske at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Students followed locations, phone numbers, ownership, and name changes of various businesses over their time of operation. Included were hotels, convenience stores, automotive shops, construction companies, and markets.
