The National War Industries Projects series (1942) contains five binders compiled by the Manager of Industrial Development that detail war projects in Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and California.
For each project in each corresponding state, there is a standard form listing the location, a description of area and improvements, cost of project, owner, operator of plant and railroads serving plant, and any affect on Union Pacific property or facilities, including whether new access track or other changes to facilities was required. Types of projects include processing, production, manufacturing, and assembly plants, supply depots, training camps and airfields, Japanese and alien internment camps, and prisoner of war camps. There is an index of projects by both state and type of plant.

The Ronald Sharp Collection on MAD Building for Project Rover (approximately 1958-1963) contains a brochure and photographs of the Maintenance, Assembly, and Disassembly (MAD) Building for Project Rover located at the Nuclear Rocket Development Station at the Nevada Test Site. The MAD building was one of the major centers for testing activities for Project Rover which was a United States project to develop a nuclear-thermal rocket. The materials also include photographs of an engine transporting a Kiwi nuclear rocket reactor from the MAD building to the test site and a mushroom nuclear cloud. Also included are photographs of Ronald Sharp and New Mexico artist Jose Sanchez, presumably at the MAD Building.

The Projects records detail the programs and organizations that the CCEOB supported. Included are the listings of the programs' officers, meeting minutes from meetings as well as project applications and program descriptions dating from 1962 through 1972.

Essays on the Nevada MX Missile Project collection is dated to 1980 and is comprised of essays by various authors predicting the damage the MX Missile Project, a plan for a new intercontinental ballistic missile system, could do to Nevada. The majority of the essays were published in the book

The community service projects series (1969-1998) contains pamphlets, fact sheets, correspondence, reports, administrative files, and scrapbooks related to community projects and programs. The community service programs the Mesquite Club worked with included environmental conservation, child protection, Neighborhood Watch, senior citizens, and city beautification.
